Very convenient location close to highway 24 to head west to the mountains or east to the city. Spacious rooms and living areas to ensure you and your guests can be comfortable during your stay. The sunroom can be used as a yoga studio, art stuido with tons of inspiration, or your home office. In the winter, we have been told it is like sitting in a snow globe with the abundance of windows this home offers. The options are endless with this property. Pet friendly with a new fenced yard for them to roam and enjoy the mountain smells. Have a bbq outside and gather round a fire with the outdoor fire pit. Close to town, trails, and plenty of restaurants. Walk to the famous Manitou Incline to get your morning exercise. Enjoy skiing and snowboarding? We are a two hour drive from Breckenridge. Want to check out the city of Colorado Springs? We are a quick 15 minute drive. Check out Cheyenne Mountain Zoo only a 15 minute drive away.
