Spacious c.1882 private Victorian homestead. Perfect place to un-plug + breathe! Gorgeous back side of Okemo view. Great for family+friends, reunions. Seven bedrooms (4 with double beds, 2 with queen and large room with 4 twins), 3.5 baths (1 shower, 2 clawfoot tubs). Kitchen provides all cooking amenities or many local restaurants in Ludlow/Rutland. 8 miles from Jackson Gore and 1/2 hour from Killington's Skyship entrance.
Plenty of off street parking.

Why they chose this property
When we found this house in 1985 ... We were sightseeing the fall foliage with friends from NJ whom we met when we were vacationing in Paris. When we turned onto Hortonville Road and went up the hill towards the house I yelled "Stop the Car, Stop the Car"!! It was meant to be!
What makes this property unique
Great view and yard to hang out with friends/family. Spacious house to relax in and wonderful outdoor spots to visit. Okemo Man Resort, Appalachian Trail, Buttermilk Falls, Golfing, and local Ski Mountain summer resort activities.
