Spacious 6-bedroom house in enchanting Cape May - 1 Block to Beach

Fall in love with Cape May and enjoy the magic it has to offer in this former Designer Showcase home on the residential eastern end of Cape May - listed on the National Historic Register. You won't find another home like it!

Our home boasts 6 unique and beautifully appointed bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Enjoy three separate living areas to gather in on different floors, including a basement bar and game room and attic living space, making it a great home to relax with friends/family any time of year and in any weather. A large front porch with teak swings is perfect to enjoy ocean breezes and evening cocktails. The rear deck also has outdoor seating and gas grill. Off-street parking is available for up to three cars. Just five houses from the beach and a short walk to town, shops & restaurants. Sleeps up to 12 comfortably.

7-Night minimum (Sunday - Sunday ONLY) required during prime summer season. Daily Rates are available in off-season (January through mid-June and September - December), with a 3-night minimum.

**Please note that like many rentals at the Jersey shore, we do not provide linens (sheets or towels). This is the responsibility of the tenant. If you do not wish to supply your own, we can recommend a local rental company that provides this service.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
$50 late check-out fee for any departure after 10:00 am. Strictly enforced. Failure to take out trash on designated day & at check-out will result in extra fees charged for extra trash removal.
Furniture is not to be moved. In the event furniture is moved, please return to original location before departure. Extra fee will be charged if furniture has to be returned to original location.
Home to be left in broom sweep clean (at a minimum) condition. Wipe down counters in kitchen/bathrooms, wipe down microwave, and empty the fridge. Basic cleaning supplies are available for guest use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When sending a booking request, please provide a listing of the people who will be staying in the home along with approximate ages.
While we do have property manager available to assist in the event of an emergency, he should only be contacted for house-related issues.
To the extent any house rules are broken, you will be subject to immediate termination of your lease/stay and will be promptly evicted.
