Welcome to our freshly renovated 1890's farmhouse! Built from the trees that grew on the land, our home offers a cozy modern vibe in the heart of the Hudson Valley. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths this is the perfect place for a family or group of friends traveling together.

We are located 2 miles from the center of New Paltz and down the road from the Twin Star Orchards and Brooklyn Cider House. It's a quiet location but not in the middle of the wilderness. Walkable to a few stores.

The inside of the house was great - creative decor, good layout, very clean. The outside of the house did not match the inside. Lawn was overgrown and weeds were growing up around deck, to the point we couldn't use the deck due to the mosquitos. A good cleanup of the outside is all that's needed as the bones of the property are good.

Near Town Clean Home

The house is clean and relaxing. Great vibes, close to the main town. (Restaurants and shopping) And to hiking trails. Host is a fast communicator.

Wonderful property to celebrate the holidays with family!

My family and I enjoyed our stay over the holidays! The house was comfortable, clean and warm. The property manager was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had and went above and beyond by putting up holiday décor for us. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!

The house was a nice surprise clean and wonderful inside. Please buy another brand of touch lock it’s was a total source of frustration. A couple of things the inside of the house was a pleasant surprise clean, updated, whimsical and had everything one could ask. The outside needs to be manicured and better cared for if I was choosing this house by driving by I would pass it up because of the looks and that would be a shame since it’s wonderful inside. The location is at the crossroads of everything in New Paltz. Garwins, Tommy’Is as well as the best Bagels,located in the Top’s shopping plaza made the trip well worth it, the walking bridge across the Hudson is magnificent but make sure you get there at 6:30 in the morning for the best experience. All in all except for that crazy door lock it was a wonderful experience and fun place to stay.

August stay in New Paltz

We really enjoyed our stay at the house in August! The place is very clean, and contains all the necessities from appliances and cookware to bathroom/shower items. It’s in a walking distance to New Paltz center, so we didn’t even need a car to walk to our favorite bakery in the morning! We will be definitely booking this place again! Thank you!
