This property is a five bedroom, two bath single-family home that is easily separated into two living spaces. The basement has two bedrooms, a kitchenette, bathroom, and living room that can be used as a standalone apartment. This place is ideal for families, groups of individuals, or contractors.

The entire home is available to use except for the garage in a storage closet for our short term rental supplies that are needed to run our business.

Great escape!

This is a fabulous host and property. Spacious and clean it is a great way to relax and unwind after exploring St. Thomas. You will need a 4x4 to get up the driveway!

Great place for a large group

With a group of 8 people sharing the space, we found this property to be very well equipped for our needs. It’s close to downtown and perfect for a large group. Plus, the host was thorough and quick with communication if any issues came up. We felt well taken care of!

Weekend Trip

House was nice and clean. It is an older house and there is some signs of age. Mattresses were extremely hard but in good condition. Shower floor did have some mildew. Overall it was good experience. Would gladly stay there again.
