It was great with the exception of the pool. One pool said you had to have bands for it and the one that was for Royal Palms was shady and small.

Great stay

The property was as pictured and was very accommodating to our big family. Our two youngest wanted to use the water park associated with the Embassy hotel but we didn’t have wristbands. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this condo is exceptional. Beautiful decor and furnishings. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. Great balcony with ocean view. Easily accessible and close to so many fun things to do.

Everything was excellent except one of the bedrooms had a mildew odor in it. Found out the carpet was wet and there was a leak from somewhere. The thing is, I called the host and she was right on it. She didn't waste time taking care of the problem and communicated with me right through it all. Some of the silverware was dirty but the cleaner came and took care of it immediately. That is the only thing that kept me from giving everything an excellent rating and also the paying for parking was also a little drawback. I will stay again here though. Definitely enjoyed and loved it.

Annual Family Vacation

This property is top notch. Beautiful view of the ocean. Everything is clean and organized. Perfect for a family getaway. Host are extremely helpful and responsive. We hope to visit again and again.

Beach Vacation

Condo was clean. Appliances are updated and very nice. Kitchen is well equipped. Hostess is very quick to answer any questions and issues that may arrive. Our family enjoyed staying in this condo.

Great condo with beach access

Everything about this property was great except for the dishwasher which was smelling terrible, possibly because of non usage. Maybe nice to haves - extra trash bags. Rest everything was perfect for a family vacation . We’d come back if we get a chance !

Our stay at your condo was absolutely wonderful! The condo had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook meals easily. The living area was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of baseball and beach time. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the little extras like the high-speed Wi-Fi, the array of entertainment options, and the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is exactly as described and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare a meal in, heat up a snack or store leftovers. I’ve never seen a kitchen in a rental have as much as this kitchen did. The living room is large with a huge comfy sofa and chairs. The TV is huge! Each bedroom is roomy and the beds are super comfortable with “my pillows” that add to your comfort while sleeping! The pool passes are a huge bonus and allow you to utilize all the pools. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again! Owners are super responsive- I give a 10/10

Relaxing and clean condo

The checking process was easy. Easy to find parking. The amenities are great. Access to 3 pools and the beach with option to rent chairs. The condo had chairs, umbrella and toys for the beach so we were set. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Very spacious. Washer and dryer. We only had to bring our soap and food. Everything else was provided. Had to contact the property manager as one sink in the master was not operational. He responded quickly. I recommend this property. Will stay again if we go to that location.

This is a great property! Condo is very clean and in a great location. Checking in was a bit of a struggle as I did not receive a "Welcome package" and need to contact the host. They were great and responded quickly.
