This cozy cottage home boasts incredible views with a large deck and water access to enjoy Oneida River & Lake! You can relax, enjoy the water, go for a swim in the lake, go kayaking, watch the beautiful breathtaking sunrise & sunsets and many other activities. This is a perfect space for spending time with friends and family or a couples retreat!

The home has an open floor plan, with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a sleeper couch. Bedroom 1 has 1 full size bed & Bedroom 2 has 1 full size and 1 twin size bed. The kitchen comes with a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, air-fryer, dishes, plates, cooking/baking utensils, toaster and many more.

Guest have full access to the dock, water and any outdoor amenities on the property such as kayaks, grill, yard, and others. For guest/children under the age of 16, they must be accompanied by an adult when on the dock/near water or in water and have a life jacket on. Life jackets are available for children & adults

Beautiful home

The place was super clean! My sister and I loved the decorations and the look of everything. We had everything we needed as well! would definitely book again!
