We took a family trip to enjoy a day at Echo Bluff State Park and the cabin was only 15 minutes away! Great setup with everything we needed to make our meals and while we didn't do a float trip this time, this cabin is a great location not far from many of the outfitters. Would for sure stay here again!
The cabin was adorable and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was so quiet and peaceful. Robin was very prompt and helpful with communication.
Came down from Jefferson City for a 2 night stay to canoe on the current river. Property was very clean and even though it is pretty small it had all the amenities we needed. Great place to get away, very relaxing.
A very peaceful getaway with everything you need to relax after a long day floating on the river. Only downside was the shower; it was either really hot or really cold even with very tiny adjustments to the temp.

Thank you Andrew! Another guest let me know about the issue with the shower and I was able to make adjustments to the water heater to address that issue but it was after your stay! Thank you for staying with us and come back anytime!
Nice location.Host provided helpful information about the area and offered additional amenities if needed. Several extra’s provided in the cabin. Our family had great time.
Thank you for staying with us and being our first guests to bring their horses! That was a special experience for us. Hope you enjoyed your trip and will return to see us again!
We had a wonderful weekend at this cabin! It was exactly the kind of getaway we were looking for: quiet, peaceful, and a great place to relax and spend time together. The location was perfect for us because it felt secluded and away from the hustle and bustle, but we were still only about 15–20 minutes from the places we wanted to explore. It made a great home base for getting out and seeing the area during the day and then coming back to relax in the evening. One of our favorite parts of the whole stay was the star gazing. The night sky was absolutely beautiful! With so little light around, we could see so many stars, and sitting outside at night just enjoying the view was definitely a highlight of the trip.We also really enjoyed having a fire and being able to spend time outside. Overall, the cabin was comfortable, peaceful, and gave us a great opportunity to slow down and enjoy a weekend away.We only have a couple of small suggestions. We wish the grass had been mowed a little more recently and that firewood had been a little more readily available. We also wish the top bunk had a guard rail, especially for added safety if children are staying there. These were minor things and didn't take away from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay, had a great time exploring, and made some wonderful memories. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with easy access to the surrounding area. We would happily stay here again!
We stayed 2 nights, canoeing nearby Jacks Fork River in between. Used the cabin for sleeping and cleaning up, but spent the majority of time by the fire pit. Friendly farm dogs came to visit us. The night skys were amazing to see, since there is no light nearby obstruct your view.

Thank you for the kind words and for staying with us. Hope y’all can come back sometime!
We stayed the weekend for my husband's birthday. The cute little cabin was just right for our visit. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is quite a distance north of Eminence, but that's what we wanted. The host was attentive but not intrusive. It was a relaxing weekend and just what we needed.

The cabin was nice, clean, and the location was good, close enough to town, but out of the way and peaceful! The only “complaint” would be the shower, we could not get the temperature regulated at all. We were told it was touchy, but it was either scalding hot or ice cold, the only time it was warm was when it was transitioning between hot and cold. It would stay warm for about 10 seconds before going all hot or all cold. I stayed in the shower for 15 minutes trying to figure out how to keep it at a tolerable temperature, it never stayed, so showers were fast. Don’t expect a long relaxing shower after a day at the river. Other than that, the place is nice and comfortable!
We had such an amazing stay!! Well maintained inside and out, the beds are super comfortable, the DVD collection is decent and many games to choose from. Robin's Nest is a wonderful place to stay and the host provides a lot of small items that we sometimes forget to pack! Like cooking oil, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper for example. There's even a crockpot!! Definitely and hope to come back again soon!!
