The Space:
The Wellington is a part of Westlake Cottage Resort. This resort consists of 12 units that can all be rented together for larger groups. These share the waterfront and all have access to a dock that can dock a boat up to 20ft. The waterfront has walk in access and has a mix of rocks and sand, water shoes are recommended.

Pet access
With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed at this property (even hypoallergenic).
If bringing a service animal, it is the expectation the pet accompanies the owner at all times and can not be left at the property alone. Costs associated with damages caused by a pet will be pursued and are not included in the pet fee/cleaning fee. An additional cleaning fee to cover the removal of pet dander from the property will apply.
