Our Cherry Beach Cottage is the perfect retreat for cottage lovers, wine enthusiasts, beach goers, and people looking for family oriented fun. Here, enjoy all the amenities of Cherry Beach Resort, including its own 1200 foot PRIVATE beach, newly renovated heated pool and lounge area, brand new children play area, kayaks, canoes, and water sports. You can even tour East Lake on Cherry Beach's new Pontoon boat, or rent it for your own enjoyment.

Our Cottage is fully furnished and boasts a King Size bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 full and 2 single bunk beds that can easily accommodate up to 4 kids, 3 piece bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a sunk-in family room area complete with Queen Size pull out couch, large flat screen LED TV, Bluray and surround sound. Central Air Conditioning, Central Heat.......
It also has a large 15ft x 15ft Front Deck, and huge 24ft x 12ft Back Deck that overlooks East Lake.
We also boast large private dock area right on East Lake for your fishing, or swimming pleasure. (Be advised that fishing licenses are required).

A Wonderful Week in The County

We had a terrific stay, the cottage had everything we needed for a family of 4. The view from the deck was fantastic, especially the sunsets, and we enjoyed paddle boarding right from the dock. A few minor water issues (lost it for 30 min one day, and hot water ran out once) and wifi would have been nice (but it DID help us unplug a bit) but otherwise no complaints.

Our stay

The location and park were terrific. Lots for kids to do!! The sunsets and property was great. The only issue was the one queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was not comfortable, the mattress was just too thin. Would have been fine for a child but not an adult Overall a great experience

Très bel emplacement

Très bel emplacement, chalet très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Nous avons eu quelques petits pépins , l’air climatisé a été défectueux avant notre arrivée, le propriétaire a installé des ventilateurs , c’était Insuffisant pour la première nuit. La chambre avec des lits superposés étaient très petites et selon nous elle correspondait seulement pour des enfants . Le divan-lit du salon était ok sans plus. Le plancher de la chambre principale avait beaucoup de poils de chien (que nous avons pensé). Nous avons fait un petit ménage et tout a été ok pour la suite.

Superbe endroit

Superbe endroit sur le bord de l'eau! Beau lac pour faire du kayak. Le resort est très bien. Nous avons passé de belles vacances et nous reviendrons assurément.

Great stay with lots to do

Great location with it only being 10-15 mins from Sandbanks and Picton. Cottage feels bigger than the pictures posted because of the layout. It fit 5 adults, and 2 kids comfortably. Nice little waterfront behind the cottage with sitting area as well as a path to walk. Lots of pollen in the air when we were there. Cottage is on a resort that has it's only private beach, pool, splash pad, and park onsite. This made it easy to take the little ones on adventures between naps and meals. Hosts were great & quick to reply to messages :)
