Linens were clean, plenty of towels and utensils to eat and cook with. Very amenable and building employees/maintenance very kind and courteous. Owner is very communicative and professional.

Leaky AC unit on the balcony, that we had to use a towel to soak up and dry on the balcony. Other than that it was an ok stay

Regarding the leaky AC unit which is all fixed now. Unfortunately, the tenant did not communicate this to us and we would have had it fixed immediately. In our communication we let the tenant know to call us if any issues and we did not receive any calls. We are all about communication so the tenant has a great experience. We are just a phone call and text away from anyone having a great time.

Dan our host communicated throughout our 10 day stay and offered to fix anything that needed attention/was broken. He was friendly and helpful and the place was in a good location to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, tattoo shops etc.

The property was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the recent renovations, with comfortable beds and well stocked with towels and necessities. We even cooked one full dinner with the well supplied kitchen. Central location was great for visiting kiddo studying at UHM, and the street noise was generally fine 10:00pm to 6:00.Recommended.

I loved staying in the middle of Waikiki. Location gives you the opportunity to walk to many different places. Our host responded immediately if we needed anything. Just a little bit loud at night while trying to sleep because of being in the city.

Rooms were clean. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. There were some cockroaches in the property, though we tried keeping the property as clean as possible. Maybe the island weather! Apart from that, the property is close to all the happening stuff, food trucks, waikiki downtown and beaches. Also, the host left some beach utilities on the property whichbis hood for someone wanting them.

Fabulous location

The apartment was so clean, tidy and modern, it looked like it had be recently refurbed. The location couldn’t be any better and will definitely recommend to others.

My kids and stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect. It was clean and any questions I had were answered promptly. Everything is within walking distance and the food trucks across the street were amazing. When I rerun I will stay here again.

Great location

Great location. Restaurants and grocery stores near by. There were 4 adults in the room and it would have been nice to have another comfy chair to sit in. Dan was so nice to work with!
