Had a fantastic stay in Estes here for a wedding and a week of hiking after. So close to everything we walked to wherever we were going in town. House well equipped and loved looking at the stars at night on the porch. Brand new grill when we were there that got plenty of use from us!

Great location with beautiful view. Dogs enjoyed sunny in the fenced in back yard. Family room was large and spacious with games, books and puzzles. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. Bbq pit was not usable and dryer was not working properly. I would definitely rent again but I would make sure all appliances are working properly.

The home was just as described. The views from the back living area were awesome and the dogs absolutely had a ball in the back yard. The home was spacious and had more than enough room for us four adults, two children and two dogs. Downtown Estes Park was in walking distance as well were many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My son and three of my siblings spent 6 days at this property while visiting Estes Park. The house was very well located and we walked to downtown Estes several times. The property was well set up for a dog or two and has a very big fenced back yard. The home was roomy and the beds comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. We also saw some elk and dear from the property. We especially enjoyed the large deck. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Our family enjoyed making memories here. Our party decreased from 7 to 4 at the last minute but we were still able to gather for games and a meal or two. Loved being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown! Wildlife right out the back door was a big plus!

The house was amazing! It was extremely comfortable, perfectly located and very clean! The fenced in backyard was perfect for our small dog. Mule deer and elk visited often. Location was close to everything but very quite as well. Would stay here again in a heart beat! Loved it.

Beautiful Home! Plenty of room for everyone with two living rooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable, which is always important to us. Stunning views out every window. Very close to downtown and grocery store. Had plenty in the kitchen for us to cook as well. Honestly wish we were in town longer.

Fantastic! Close to RMNP

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chapin Ln! The house has plenty of space for multiple families, and very close to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mtn National Park trail heads. We hope to be back!
