Despite its tranquil seclusion, the vibrant heart of Siena is merely 20 -minute drive away, making it a convenient escape. On the other side, Florence with its airport is situated only 1h drive away. Another convenient airport is located in Rome and it takes 2 and a half hour-drive to reach the property.
Indulge in moments of relaxation in a private and fenced garden with two spacious terraces. The outdoor swimming pool is shared with 4 other neighboring owners, it is located only 2 minutes walk away from the property. The pool is peaceful and offers splendid views on the surrounding vineyards; you can enjoy it from June 15th till September 15th.
Embark on captivating hikes to explore the idyllic landscape ... or beautiful bike rides, treating yourself to picturesque views of vineyard and cypress tree vistas.
For those seeking to uncover the region's rich history, day trips to the quaint medieval towns, that dot the Tuscan hills are easily accessible from this haven.
The house is situated on 3 levels. On one level you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room. From here you can access the garden and a shaded terrace with outdoor furniture. On the next level there is a large living room with a tv and the master bedroom with a bathroom. From here you can access antother part of the garden and a private parking. Finally, two charming bedrooms overlooking vineyards and a bathroom with a shower are situated on the last level.
The house has air conditioning and heating so it is comfortable during any season.

Perfect vacation in Tuscany

The villa is situated in an idyllic location of vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees. The farmhouse is spacious, well appointed, and provides plenty of privacy for us. The hostess is helpful., gracious and caring. A must visit. couples.
