We had a wonderful stay at Ansonia Pines!
It is a cute and cozy cabin that makes you feel right at home. The beds were comfortable and the porch swing was a nice bonus. Sherry was awesome to work with and communicate with. I highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back.
We had a great 2 days biking the Pine Creek rail trail and staying at a very modern cabin that was perfect for our needs..We would definitely use this rental if we ever revisit the Grand Canyon area of Pa...The cabin is clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location....and i almost forgot the pumpkin bread awaiting our arrival was delicious.
This is a beautiful cabin with a great location for biking and hiking in the Pa Grand Canyon region. It is very clean and well equipped for all your needs. We felt very welcomed and had a wonderful week exploring the area.
We loved staying at this great cabin practically on the Pine Creek Rail Trail! The lovely front and back porches were wonderful. Saw some great birds in the am. Shower pressure was great. Loved the welcome sign and pumpkin bread. We even had perfect weather for two nice days of riding the beautiful flat uncrowded rail trail - one of the nicest. We’ll be back!

We went up during the Debby flood, they made sure we got to our destination without any trouble, and checked on us to make sure we were ok, very clean and nice people to work with
We were in town to bike the Pine Creek Trail. The cabin is perfectly situated. The trail is across the street, and in our opinion, is the beginning of the most beautiful section of the trail, as it takes you right to the center of the “Grand Canyon.” The owners know how to provide exactly what travelers need. There is nothing missing from this property, every detail is carefully thought out. It’s also adorable and spotless. We will definitely stay here again!
My husband and I enjoyed a three night stay. We loved the personalized greeting and special cake. The close proximity to the trail and the beautiful setting were perfect! The property and cabin were well decorated and maintained. We look forward to our next visit!
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Very peaceful, and we did some hiking and exploring. With the 4 of us it was cozy, and we all had a great time. The Pine Creek Rail Trail can be seen from the front porch, so great for getting some walking in! The kids enjoyed staying up in the loft, but the stairs are a bit steep, so watch your step!
Wonderful extremely clean and very well stocked
Very convenient to bike trail
The hosts were excellent. We will definitely book again
(Not important to us but- the listing said hot tub included- that should be taken off )
Perfect setting for some rest and relaxation. Close proximity to hiking and biking trails. Easy drive to Wellsboro. Accommodations were top-notch- excellent host! All-in-all an outstanding choice! Thanks for the re-set!
Can’t wait to return to this cabin! The trail was just on the other side of the barely traveled road. We biked every day and took two hikes.
The cabin was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the porch swing was awesome! I highly recommend this getaway cabin because of its cleanliness and the quality of the linens/towels! Attention to details was obvious. The owners definitely take excellent care of this cabin. Thank you for sharing your cabin!
My family and I stayed for 3 nights. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The front porch was our favorite spot. It was located within minute form the park and made it easy to visit hiking and views. The host was easy to contact and helpful. If you use the outdoor fire pit don’t forget to bring roasting sticks for your marshmallows!
Cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Sherry and Bob were in touch with us multiple times. Great location to all the small towns and we walked to the horse and carriage ride down the road. Wonderful experience!
Cabin was very clean and cozy. Owners were great...dropped off a homemade treat for us. Front porch swing was awesome. The bed was so thick and comfortable. I would definitely rent there again.
This was a great spot to explore the Grand Canyon of Pa in hikes and on bikes. It is 1 minute from the beautiful bike rail trail which we used between raindrops and 12 minutes from a State park with hiking. The place was charming our host lovely when we met and arrived early. The cabin was spotless and we enjoyed our stay. However it was I good thing I reached out to our host that day because VRBO dropped the ball and did not inform her of our booking. Hence we had no code. We were puzzled by that.
We felt so welcome and at home as soon as we entered the cabin. Very clean and tastefully decorated with lots of details. Well equipped kitchen and our first time using the Flagstone. Dishwasher was a wonderful surprise too. Great shower pressure!! Great location for us. Very close to Leonard Harrison and Colton Point parks. The horse drawn covered wagon ride (which we were able to walked to!) is well worth the trip to learn the history of the area and take a ride into the Grand Canyon of PA. And the Lumber Museum was much more interesting than we ever expected. And the town of Wellsboro is filled with history and so quaint. Felt like home returning to the cabin after sight seeing or hiking all day. Wonderful neighbors too! Never get tired of looking at the beautiful mountains and stars - WOW! City folk don’t see stars like that. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for this perfect place to relax -and enjoy!!
