Highly Recommend!! The Host and residents of this community were very warm and welcoming. Coming from the East Coast, it was such an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Everything that we needed was provided, including the beach chairs. The beds were very clean and comfortable. We had access to every kitchen appliance known to humans. Neighborhood was quiet, perfect for relaxation. Access to the pool and heated spa tub in addition to being less than 2 mi from the beach was amazing! I can't say enough positive things about our stay in Dana Point. Even my mother was impressed and that's a very high standard to achieve. Thank you all so much! I would definitely revisit.

It would be helpful to have a binder summarizing check out procedures, contact info, etc. It would be hygienic to replace towels and sheets. The unit was pretty noisy being on the bottom floor. Had to hear neighbors TV until late at night. The kitchen was well outfitted and the place was clean.

Location, Location, Location

This home is even better in person. We love the location & orientation in the community and its views along with privacy and quiet. This is probably the cleanest vacation rental we have enjoyed...such a pleasure. The property manager was very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Very cozy and modern space. The home is well maintained and the host is super responsive. Beds were comfortable to sleep in and the kitchen is fully stocked. The floors were NOT clean, but the host was attentive to the matter. Don't think twice about booking this property, you won't regret staying here.

Great vacation rental

My son (6 yr old), wife, mom and I stayed at this property. It was as advertised. It was clean and in good shape. Beds were comfortable. Neighbours were kind. Grounds were well kept. The pool and hot tubs were good. There was a trolly stop 5 minutes from the rental. The trolly is free from May-Sept. Salt Creek Beach was a 5 minute trolly ride and is a great beach. The property had some boogie boards, beach chairs and sand shovels. They left us laundry detergent which was helpful, as there is laundry in the unit. The property management team was great. Good communication and accommodated our request for a cot or blowup mattress. I would recommend this place.

TV in Master bedroom did not work, the tv in the main living room also difficult to work....We are seniors over 80 and felt it was not made clear in the description that the unit was two long flights of stairs down to the unit!!We had to get help just to take our luggage and bags of many supplies for the 8 day stay. Also had to get help on our departure to carry everything back up ...Plus there was not a sign in book that we could refer to on instructions for the unit..which most allVRBO rentals have.. We were very shocked that this was not available.We would not return....

We're sorry about your experience. The TV worked before you checked in so I'm not clear on what 'not worked' means. And, we offer a digital guidebook that is sent with the arrival instructions. There are notes about how this home operates including a guide to local and regional activities. That is a shame about the stairs. If you had made it known that this was a requirement we would have suggested alternative accommodations.
