This house was great! The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions, both prior to and during our stay. It was a great place for our family of 6, including a 3 year old and a dog. They really had everything we needed! The pool and yard were wonderful - we were glad we asked that the pool be heated 'cause the weather turned out to be very cool! It was heavenly! The location was close (walkable) to both a dog park and playground. All around it was great!

Pleasant house, comfortable bedding, quiet neighborhood, great pool, and only one block to walk to the nearby large park. With a Safeway less than a mile away, this is such an ideal place to stay! Absolutely the best hosts we ever experienced. The house was very accommodating for the four of us. The pool was clean and at a very comfortable 90 degrees. The kitchen was very large with well appointed with everything we needed including a wide range of spices. The appliances we used were top notch. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and they even left a mint on each pillow! Another very nice and convenient aspect of this place was the location. It is less than 15 minutes into Old Town Scottsdale, just a few minutes to the freeway and literally a 3 minute walk to a lovely park (Chaparral Park). Lastly, once again want to reiterate my thanks to Marianna & James. Their guide book was very helpful and we really appreciated the tone of respect which is refreshing. Some of the places we've stayed actually came across S not so friendly. We always felt Jim and Marianna wanted us to enjoy the house and the local area. We really felt at ease and our stay was very enjoyable. This place gets our wholehearted recommendation.
