Our updated cozy 100- year old modern farmhouse is tucked on a secluded tree-lined property, offering you peace and quiet combined with convenient location near all the area's local attractions and stores. Wintertime visitors will love the easy access to Camelback Ski Resort, while warm-weather visitors will be only two miles from Pocono Manor Resort with golfing and hiking, and Kalahari Indoor Waterpark.

You can start the day on the private deck with a cup of coffee and nothing but nature. Inside, you'll find a modern kitchen with appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal. If you want to stay outside and enjoy the large backyard, fire up the grill and sit around the firepit. End your day by calling your spot on the large sectional and stream the latest releases, use the high-speed Wi-Fi to keep up on the day's social media, or take a dip in the hot tub after a long day of adventure.

All that's left to do is BOOK IT! The Poconos await!

THINGS TO KNOW:
For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are 3 external cameras located in: (1) front of the house, (2) back of the house, and (3) by the driveway.

Streaming services are available with guest's personal accounts.

Due to our location, you might see or encounter wildlife while in our neighborhood and/or in and around our home, including but not limited to: deers, groundhogs, raccoons, mice, birds, bees, wasps, flies, birds, mosquitos, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs to name a few.

We take every precaution prior to your stay to reduce the number of critter and bug incidents.

Due to local laws guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Overnight parking of camper trailers, recreational vehicles and tents are not allowed.

Pets are strictly prohibited. Smoking or drugs of any kind, in or around the premises is strictly prohibited. Onsite parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules will result in an additional $500 fee.

Guest accommodations include iron/ironing board, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, kettle, refrigerator, stovetop/oven, microwave, cookware/dishes/utensils, washer/dryer, iron and board, laundry detergent, and basic toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/bodywash).

Guest entry instructions: A smartlock is utilized, requiring each guest to enter a unique code. The code is reset after each stay.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

We only allow working Service Animals, in accordance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the ADA, "a service animal is a dog that has been individually trained to work or perform tasks for assisting a person with a disability." Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Pets, comfort animals, emotional support or therapy animals are not permitted.
*As stipulated by the ADA, we may request that a service dog experiencing difficulty or demonstrating problematic behaviors, such as barking or lunging, be removed fron the property immediately. We ask that you promptly comply with any such request for the safety and welfare of all.
