Even though it`s a basement space, the room is wonderfully lit, offering a warm and inviting ambiance. The soft, ambient lighting—highlighted by the charming string lights adorning the curtain that separates the main bed from the living area—adds a cozy touch. A comfortable sofa bed is available for one, ensuring extra convenience and versatility. The space is thoughtfully designed to feel open and welcoming, creating a relaxing, homey atmosphere even without natural light. The large bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped with all the essentials to accommodate up to three guests.
Access Montréal`s public transportation easily, hop onto the bus at the corner or walk to the Édouard-Montpetit metro station on a sunny day (1.7km) which allows you to get anywhere quite smoothly. A free parking space is alos offered in our driveway!

Quiet family neighbourhood, neighbours can be grumpy at times but they don`t bite - be mindful of the noise levels to win their hearts.
The property does not feature a private parking. But this has yet to be a problem, as there is plenty of free street parking available (make sure to check your arrival information to better understand the signages to avoid fines).

Overall the stay was very positive. There were some minor hiccups, but the host communicated effectively. The only issue we had was when we discovered that the clothes dryer was not working after we had washed a load of laundry.
