Recently renovated, all things are new and the home is located just minutes from Bald Point, Wakulla Springs and Ochlockonee River State Parks, public boat ramps, Alligator Point’s full-service marina, Angelo’s and the Seineyard Seafood Restaurants, the Gulf Specimen Aquarium, and paddle board and kayak rentals. Relaxing hideaway

My husband and I did a quick M-F getaway to celebrate my birthday. We had never been to Alligator Point before and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect - clean, updated, and stocked with all the essentials. It was steps from the beach which was amazing. An added bonus were the neighbors- both two legged and 4 legged, lol. Everyone we met was so friendly.

Beach Nest stay

The house was clean & updated and close to the beach for lovely walks. A big thank you to Monica with the property management for answering all my questions and making sure our stay was enjoyable.

Shhhh. Seriously perfect

Perfect beach cottage. The community is beautiful. The wildlife!!! Deer on the beach at sunrise. Albino squirrels. Butterflies gearing up for their Gulf crossing. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect spot. We will be back!
