On the ground floor is a spacious garage equipped with a foosball table, perfect for some friendly competition after a day of outdoor adventures. The laundry room ensures convenience during your stay, making it easy to keep things clean and fresh.

Ascend one floor, and you'll discover the heart of the home. The primary bedroom awaits you with a king bed and comfortable ensuite featuring dual sinks and a large shower. The open-concept living area and fully-equipped kitchen create an inviting space for relaxation and culinary delights. Step onto the deck, fire up the gas grill, and savor al fresco dining for 8 people.

Our kitchen has everything you need, from the basics to the gourmet. Whether you want to slow-cook a delicious meal in the crockpot, whip up something quick in the Instapot or air fryer, or enjoy a morning boost from the Nespresso machine, we have you covered. With the kitchen amenities and beautiful one-of-a-kind dining table, group dinners are a joy!

Moving up to the third floor, you'll find two more thoughtfully designed bedrooms, both with Full over Queen bunk bed sets from Restoration Hardware. One upstairs bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third floor also includes a hall bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, ensuring everyone's comfort and privacy.

The third floor also boasts a second living room with Room and Board swivel chairs, a game table, and a desk. The third-floor heated deck houses comfy seating, a gas fire pit, and a large, private hot tub with mountain views.

What to be aware of:

- No A/C due to cool mountain climate. 
- Must be 25 years to rent. 
- Fraser Vally Rec Center less then 2 min drive.  Does have a charge per person. 
- In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.
