This was an excellent rental house. Everything was immaculate. The host was easy to work with and responded to inbox messaging promptly. Kitchen is excellent. The entire property was awesome. We were there for my son’s wedding. It was very close to the venue, 15 minutes. We were easily able to go back-and-forth between the venue and the rental home. I highly recommend this to other travelers.

We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from Suny Binghamton it wasn’t too bad travel to and from her school The home was very nice and spacious and the location was beautiful. The only thing was when using the water there was an order sometimes .

Great place to stay

It was great being able to have family visit while there. We can up to spend time with our grandma who has dementia so the house worked out awesome!! Great location and was private.

We had a great stay, the house was exactly what we needed. It was clean and big enough for all of us. We especially loved the big deck. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was big and clean. The water smelled of sulfur, so we did end up buying several gallons of drinking water. We had no cell service about 10-15 min before we reached the house, so I’d recommended downloading your map and saving the check in instructions.

Perfect for family gatherings!

The house was located in a perfect spot, up on the hill in the middle of nature! Spacious house, larger than it looks in the pictures. The outdoor area was perfect, huge deck with lots of tables and chairs, fire pit, and even a screened in pavilion. We live out of state and wanted a place where our family could drop by and see us! Will definitely stay again!

Incredible House

Our family loved this visit from booking to the end. Owners responded to all questions and were very helpful. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed and so much more. You are getting so much more than a 4 bedroom house in wonderful. The outside patio and land was so comfortable. Would stay here again when coming back to visit family.

Awesome!!

The house was beautiful very peaceful. Directions were accurate and on time. Clean!! It couldn’t be better. We even got a bottle of wine and a welcoming note. I strongly recommend it. It was one of the most relaxing weekends I had.

Great Stay

This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. .

When you have hard water it can give off a sulfur smell so you put in a water softener system and that's what gives you the slimy feel that softens your skin. Glad you had a nice stay thanks for booking
