Nursery

The nursery (see photos) is located in a private room just off the master bathroom. It's a quiet, comfortable space with a window (blackout option available). It includes a crib, convertible toddler bed (can become a second crib), rocking chair, and a selection of children's books and toy--perfect for little ones to rest and play.

Bathrooms

Master Bath: Large bathroom off master bedroom includes 2 sinks, shower, separate tub, and pleasant décor. Handicapped equipped. All showers and tubs are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Hall Bath: Just across the hall from the bedroom with two single beds. Shower and tub.

Bath off Laundry Room: The third bathroom is off the kitchen and laundry room. Shower provided.

Living Room: Very comfortable and spacious featuring a premium Flexsteel leather sofa, loveseat, and swivel chair--seating for six. The traditional fireplace has been updated to an electric insert, creating a cozy ambiance at the touch of a button. Enjoy your favorite entertainment on the flat-screen TV with DIRECTV Stream (provided), including Fox Sports and ESPN for Big 12 games. ROKU and other streaming services are also available--just log into your own accounts.

Kitchen:

All electric appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and cooking and dining accessories. Everything you need to cook and serve your favorite meals.

Includes a pantry, door to the covered porch, and sliding glass door to the driveway. Plenty of room. Table seats six.

Safe Room

A first-class safe room is provided just behind the garage. It's available in case of threatening weather. A weather radio in the house will alert you to weather alerts.
