Family Vaca to rest after the holidays. Location is fantastic- walking distance to Pier Park, top golf, Walmart, Target, Dillard’s- all about 4 min away- it’s great! Condo was good, great balcony with high top table to be able to have breakfast and take in a great view. Wrong code was given for garage, that could be an easy mistake- we got in.

This place is in a convenient location and the condo was very clean. The condo was very spacious for a family of 5. Plenty of space and the balconies have amazing views. Will definitely book again.

This unit should not have been rented at all, the condition it’s in is embarrassing. When we checked in 2 TVs didn’t work- one was repaired 2 days later, the second one replaced after 4 days. Communication with property manager was inconsistent and needed consistent follow up on our end to ensure work orders are completed. Fan and light in living room didn’t work either. Pots and pans should be thrown away, no matching glasses- seems like they kept what guests left behind. There is rust and conditional damage everywhere. I stayed at another unit in this building 3 years ago and had a lot better experience but this time it was a waste of money. Don’t book this unit, you’ll be very disappointed.

Loved the place...beautiful and comfortable Check in process needs attention. We got to the garage and were given the wrong code so had to find security to help. We were also given a code for the pool and again it was the wrong code. The kiosk where we got the parking permit was not working well so once again we had to find security.
