Ground Floor Condo at Las Palomas, one of the few Phase 1 ground floor condo with 3.5 Bedrooms (3 bedrooms and a bunk room ) and 3 bathrooms in the Rental Pool.

One of the Bedrooms is a separate locked in suite with its own full bathroom.

In addition to the 3 bedrooms, we also offer a bunk room for additional sleeping flexibility. This bunk room features a twin bed over a full bed!

2 Sleeper sofas for additional guests or flexibility in accommodations.

Located in Phase 1, Opalo Building this condo offers a great private patio and direct access to the pool and beach areas.

Maximize vacation time - No need to wait for elevators.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS MADE BY PEOPLE UNDER 25 UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY SOMEONE OVER 25 DURING THEIR STAY.

Besides this condo, Opalo 108 have the same layout in 2 other condos, Topaz 108 and Diamante 108. Perfect for several families trying to stay close by in large ground floors.

We also recently just acquired the neighboring unit Opalo 107, a 3 bedroom/2bath.

Property is absolutely amazing! The view and outdoor patio was large enough to accommodate our kids and toys. Access to the ground floor was not easy with the stroller and wagon we did have to use the elevator due to the stairs out back but the inconvenience of that was minimal but is good to know. It was spacious and felt very safe.

Both master bedrooms and bathrooms were quite spacious. It was nice having the extra bunk room as a 4th bedroom while still paying a 3-bedroom price. I don't usually like having a first floor condo because of foot traffic and no view of the ocean, but this condo was just like being on an upper floor! High enough for a view while easy to walk right out to the pool.
