Had a great stay here over Labor Day weekend. We drive down a few times a year from Michigan to visit our grand children and this house had a lot of space for us all the hangout and spend time together. Would recommend this house if you're staying in Fayetteville and need a little extra space for your family.

This was an amazing stay! Austin was extremely responsive to our messages and requests. He was very helpful when needed. Having a safe haven for us and our pets was a god send. The house was beautiful and in a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Clean furnished apartment. Host was attentive to needs, location close to everything, neighborhood was very quiet. Internet worked throughout house. Very peaceful. Large showers with good water pressure. Large room is on opposite side of home from other for extra privacy. Game room was enjoyed by whole family.

We had a terrific stay! The location was perfect, the game-room was fun for all of us, and the fire pit and outdoor space was the perfect spot to relax. We would definitely stay there again!

I have nothing but Great things to say about our stay. I normally don’t do reviews and this is my first time staying in an Air BNB. The home, amenities provided is everything I could’ve asked for. Cleanliness, roomy, office space, and the game room was just amazing. I am thankful I found this beautiful home in a short timeframe. I recommend this home to anyone that is traveling as the host Austin was just amazing and kept me informed throughout this process. I will surely book again if travel ever finds me Fayetteville again.

Great stay for families

Kids loved the game room, this property also provided an adult retreat area hich was much appreciated. Kitchen was very functional and easy to use. Environment was calm and comfortable. A great spot for families.

This is a spacious house perfect for family gatherings. The beds are comfortable. The house is nicely furnished. Kitchen is well stocked which made it easy to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet. The game room is a nice bonus. The owner was very nice to work with. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Booking was easy. We would rent this home again.

Great house for family get together!

The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. Everything was comfortable and it was a welcoming environment. The host was great throughout the process! The game room was a real hit and is what drew us to the house initially! It worked out great for our family meet up!

Bathroom location for “master” bedroom

Property was very clean; neighborhood was quiet. Location of Ada bathroom was in an inconvenient location from bedrooms; large bedroom had a very noisy ceiling fan when that room also didn’t have good air conditioning.Overall our experience was positive.As to the kitchen aspect, unable to turn on dishwasher because of overhang of kitchen counter (to me - need a little arc cutout over starter button. Enjoyed keyless access to property!!!
