Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and communication during your stay. We truly appreciate your kind words and would love to host you again in the future!
This is a Hilton hotel not your typical VRBO, so if you are looking for a stand alone little condo for your family this isn’t it. New fad I guess buy a mini studio hotel room and list it as a VRBO.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We understand that the resort-style hotel experience may not be what every traveler expects when booking through VRBO. We always aim to be as transparent as possible in our listing so guests can choose the accommodations that best suit their travel style.
We appreciate your comments and Thank you again for choosing our property, and we hope you enjoyed your time in the area.
The person checking in told me there was no beach access. But there is right across the back parking lot. There is a picture in the listing and couldnt find it the first couple days!
host was extremely welcoming - even upgraded our stay for a small fee that completely changed our trip for the better. one of our best tahoe trips to date and we go every year!
The property is exactly as pictured, the room was decided when we arrived. The listing says 1 King bed but photos showed 2 Queens, the room we received was 2 Queens for our 4 adults. Our only down side was hardly any public lake access, most is private space which charges the public (30 per person where we tried to go), and government land was 10 to park. At the resort there is a very small section of sand with one bench to sit on and see the water, right in front of a desk to rent things for the water. The town is very nice to walk around in, the buildings match the alpine feel. Sidewalks are lit up and stores are close enough to walk.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the property and the charming, walkable atmosphere of the town. We appreciate your feedback regarding the bed configuration and lake access, and we're happy to hear you had an overall great stay. We'd love to welcome you back again in the future!
Overall wonderful place to stay and it was central to what we needed it for. Room was a little small for a family but we managed. Would definitely stay here again.
Exceptionally clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows and a well appointed kitchenette. We loved that they offered free laundry, self parking and that the accommodation was located close to the lake. Our only complaint is that the parking lot was extremely icy. We mentioned it to management and they applied some salt but the parking lot needed a good scraping with a plow blade. We would stay here again.
