* Swim at your own risk; the pool is heated November-March
* Pond nearby: no swimming allowed
* Beach essentials provided; return to avoid fees
* Keep doors locked to prevent bugs and maintain temperature
* Indoor furniture must stay inside
* No events allowed due to licensing and insurance
* Security cameras for check-in and safety

* Rental car or boat recommended
* Enjoy a tree swing in the front yard

House Rules:

** No Pets: $200 cleaning fee for unauthorized pets. Small, hypoallergenic dogs may be considered with prior approval.
** No Parties: All visitors must be pre-approved; unapproved guests
considered trespassing. No tape, glitter, or confetti.
** No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking in the house or garage. Dispose of butts and ashes in an ashtray outside.
** No Feeding Wildlife: It is against Florida law to feed birds or other animals.
** Pool Safety: Watch children closely, no jumping from roofs, and swim at your own risk. Keep the pool area clean and drink responsibly.
** Cleanliness: Wash off beach sand outside before entering. Use the hose by the side entrance.
** Respect the Space: Keep the property locked, no shoes on rugs, no eating or dark liquids in bedrooms.

House Rules

No Pets: $200.00 cleaning fee, if we see one enter on the camera. Permission for small, hypoallergenic dogs is considered. No communication on pets will result in cancellation or a minimum $200.00 fee.

No Parties: include all visitors of guests must be approved by the host, any event needs to be communicated to the host, guests of guests are trespassing otherwise and can result in immediate cancellation. We all have to abide by our insurance coverage rules. Please No decorations where you put tape on the wall, no glitter, and no confetti.

No Smoking: Not even near the doors to the inside, if someone vapes or smokes outside please put all buds and ashes in an ashtray. There is no smoking in the garage, as well.

No feeding the wildlife: There are beautiful birds that visit the Golden Hour, but it is against Florida law to feed them.

Pool Rules: Swim at your own risk, watch your children around the pool, do not jump off the main roof or outside the kitchen roof. No running around the pool, and no food or trash left in the pool. Drink responsibly around the pool.
Wash beach sand off before entering. A hose can be found by the side entrance.

Other Rules:
- Keep property locked at all times.
- No shoes on all area rugs.
- No eating or dark liquids in bedrooms.
