Our group came from all over to see a game at the Rose Bowl. The property was clean and accommodated us all. Beautiful area and the convenience to the venue was incredible. The host was easy to reach and the check in and out was a breeze. We will stay again in the future.

We had a great experience with this stay! We had a delegation from out of the country visit and stay at this house. They loved the house, experience and Mimy went out of her way to ensure the experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved the house! Old Pasadena with a great modern kitchen and a lot of space. Mimy was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time staying at this house. We went to the Rose Bowl for a football game, and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone! Mimy was great to interact with, and the whole setup was phenomenal.

Perfect spot

House was well appointed- we cooked full Xmas and Xmas Eve dinners in the spacious kitchen. Very comfortable beds as well. Mimy was also an excellent host and responded quickly to all inquiries.

I had a really great stay at this house. The location was convenient and worked well for my group, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole rental experience smooth from start to finish.The house itself was very clean and well-maintained. Wonderful stay with friends visiting for a football game at the Rose Bowl. Incredible views and beautiful, classic Pasadena architectural home. The manager, Mimy, was a wonderful host. Full of knowledge of the area and on top of every question. Highly recommend this home!

Big and Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had an event at the Rose Bowl and it just couldn't have been more conveniently located. The house is a gorgeous mix of heavy woods and old world charm and all the modern conveniences you need. Host was very available but didn't babysit us. We had a great time.

Amazing experience

I stayed at this property for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely fabulous. The place was beautiful and the host was so thoughtful. She was very accommodating by letting me check in early and even gave me stuff after the fact when I left it there by mistake. The home is gorgeous and was a great place to host my friends and my new husband. The host is very communicative and very responsive.

Great location - amazing views from the backyard

This house is beautiful and charming. You can’t beat the incredible views from the backyard. My kids loved running around the backyard. Overall, we had a great experience and the host was very responsive. We were only the second group to stay at the house so the amenities were somewhat lacking. I communicated this to the host and she was very appreciative of the feedback. I expect it will be even better for the next group.

We had a lovely stay. We took advantage to the walk-ability to a concert at the Rose Bowl, enjoyed the beautiful backyard with its views and shady seating, and the close proximity to great food in Pasadena. Our host was very communicative, instructions were clear, and she accommodated us with flexibility for our arrival after a long drive. We particularly loved the treats and fruit, and the little handwritten notes clarifying things inside the home.
