We've thought of everything you need for a carefree stay. Our cottage is fully furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures.
Entertainment: The open-concept living area boasts a new cozy sectional, swivel chairs, a large Smart TV with Sonos soundbar, and a dining area that seats 6. Watch a show in private on a different Smart TV in the twin bedroom. Enjoy music in the kitchen with high quality sound on Google Home Pod.

Savor alfresco dining on the back porch with a large table and umbrella. Lounge in the outdoor furniture and unwind in the tranquil surroundings as you listen to birds sing in the morning or watch breathtaking sunsets over the Rachel Carson Reserve.

Additional Amenities:
Propane grill, window air conditioning, smart thermostats, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, Google Home Pod, window or tower fans for each room, washer and dryer, drying rack, clothes line, and cabinet filled with puzzles, games, and a bookcase filled with books. For the beach and outdoor enthusiast we provide beach toys, shovels, buckets, sports balls and bocce. In the shed are 5 bikes, plenty of beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella and beach tents.

Pet Policy:
We would consider one small dog (1 year or older & less than 25lbs). An additional $25/day will be charged ($175/week) along with additional cleaning fee. Please contact the owners to discuss this options. NO pets are allowed unless it is discussed with the owners prior to signing an agreement.
