Additional Information:
--There are steps to access the main door and keyless entry from the deck. There are also two steps from the dining room into the living room.

-Child Friendly -- A highchair for little ones is available along with plates, bowls, cups and serving ware. There are also plenty of children’s toys and books available to keep the little ones busy. There is a pack-n-play in the closet in the primary bedroom.
-Laundry -- Washer and dryer onsite so you can take care of your laundry needs.

Bedrooms and Beds:
All 4 bedrooms come with new beds and memory foam mattresses and 100% cotton sheets. There was absolutely no skimping on quality for a great night of sleep!

Bedroom 1: King bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. You will also find a desk and a smart tv. There is a pack-n-play available in the closet. (sleeps 4)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and a smart tv. (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3: King bed and a smart tv. (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 4: Bunk bed with full-size mattress on the bottom so it can be comfortable for both adults and kids. The top bunk is a twin size, and there is a twin size daybed with an extra twin-size trundle bed. (sleeps 5)

Sunroom: The sunroom has two twin day beds for even more sleeping space. (sleeps 2)
