About this property

"Little Paradise"- amazing private pool

Our home is fully equipped! We have it all – pool floaties, beach chairs, wagon, lounge chairs, games, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with accessories that you need to prepare your meal. You can make waffles or pancakes for breakfast. Set dinner in a slow cooker pot and go enjoy the pool or the beach. You can also bake a whole turkey (pot in a garage). Enjoy your swim in the 40’ lap saltwater pool (cage in, solar heater, no electric heater). We provided beach towels and pool robes. You can relax on the floaty in the pool. (all pool floaties and toys should be returned to the box provided and noting should be left in the pool after the end of your stay). Laundry room has washer and dryer, laundry detergent. We have an iron and ironing board. TV’s have streaming apps where you can just log in to your account Netflix, Amazon or other apps and have a movie night.
If you must work, you can use the designated workstation and free Wi-Fi.

There will be an additional fee for any guests not registered and over 8 people.
NO SMOKING! There is no lifeguard and you are swimming at your own risk.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-If you used BBQ make sure that is clean before you leave and there are no crumps lying around -Pick up toys from the pool and put it away where you found them
-If your are staying with your pet please clean after your pet and discard the waste. -log out from your TVs apps - Please leave the garage opener
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO DOGS IN THE SWIMMING POOL - Owners who fail to abide by our rules will be charged additional cleaning fee
PETS WASTE - Clean after Your pets and properly dispose of their waste. Fail to abide by our rules will be charged a $100 fee for yard cleaning
BBQ - Please keep the grill clean! grates and inside of the grill that reduces the risk of flare-ups and wild animals to get to it. Fee will apply

Perfect getaway

The house was spotless and very comfortable. It was the perfect size for the seven of us. We were close to the beaches and checking in and out was effortless. We loved the beautiful pool. We will definitely stay there again.

Really a great, comfortable stay

Our whole family enjoyed our stay at the home. For us the location was perfect, and the set up of the home is really comfortable. Owners keep it really clean and no one wanted to leave. We did communicate with the owner a few times and she was willing to solve any problem we had. (One Example: reset tv after a lightning storm)

Perfect getaway

The pool and privacy landscaping was a wonderful backyard retreat. The proximity to the beach restaurants and Walmart made the location easy. The split bedroom design was perfect and the large tub in the master bath provided a relaxing spa like environment every night. The owner was super helpful and easy to reach.

The house is in a very nice location. Clean area, short walk to the beach, shopping malls, restaurants. A beautiful pool with a great barbecue area and a very quiet location. We were very impressed and will come again.

They let me bring my pet. Pool could not be used. Lesson learned. Solar heated pools are unuable when the days in Jan. And Feb are cool. I talked to people who have pools and they have electric heaters. This pool is not heated nearly enough to use in Feb.
