We had such an amazing time! The place was great, you’re right over the pool so you don’t have to be quiet at all which is fantastic when traveling with 3 little kids. The bunkbed room was so great. Great place to stay.

Great Location

The location was great especially if you are going to SDC and only a few minutes from the strip. A few minor issues with the property but too small to mention. Would stay again.

We loved this condo! We travel to Indian Point nearly every weekend in the summer and this is our first time staying at this condo. It did not disappoint. The condo itself is new, and even still smells new. There was plenty of space for my husband and I, plus 4 teenagers. The set up was perfect. There is a full-sized washer and dryer, which we definitely used and appreciated. I am a clean freak and this condo was so clean! There were vacuum marks on the couch...yes please! I did not feel like I was staying in someone else's home, it felt and smelled like it had been completely cleaned and sanitized. This condo is located directly above the pool. If you're looking for someplace that's completely quiet, this one may not be for you. However, the pool does close at 9PM, so you don't have late noise. For us it didn't matter. Our kids enjoyed having the pool right below us and stayed until close each night. We will definitely be back!

Our perfect condo

We came to celebrate our son turning 16. It was our first time booking through Vrbo. And let me tell ya I will definitely do it again. The condo was perfect and fit all our needs. The only thing I didn’t like was the stairs lol but the view and condo made up for it. We got our exercise in with them stairs. 10/10 recommend.

Pretty Good Overall

The owners are fantastic. They are easy to talk to and to reach if needed. The condo is brand new and still smells like it. I loved that. It's very very nice. A few things: The walls between condos aren't insulated or aren't insulated well. We could hear the people next to us snoring, talking, and there was a dog. Not that I'm against dogs. We could just hear it all throughout the night. There was trash under the ottomans left from, what I can only assume, those before us. The sheets didn't look like they had been cleaned. We found long black hair in 2 of the beds. There were 8 of us in the condo. 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids are all between the ages of 11 & 15. Because of that, we had to do laundry each day so we could all take a shower. However, we were only given 2 laundry detergent pods to use so, bring detergent with you. We also ran out of toilet paper. So bring that with you as well. Having said this, I would still return and would recommend it to people simply because it is a nice condo and the owners are wonderful.

Please be assured that we are 100% committed to providing clean, fresh linens for every guest, and all linens are laundered after each stay without exception. However, it seems the condition of some linens may need to be re-evaluated. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort this may have caused. We did have replacement linens available on-site and would have been more than happy to switch them out immediately had we been aware of the issue. Going forward, we will be conducting a thorough review of all our linens and replacing any that are not up to standard to ensure that all our future guests have a comfortable and satisfactory stay. We have addressed this issue and the other cleanliness items with our hospitality team to ensure a thorough job in the future. As for the laundry detergent and toilet paper, we also have extra supplies on-site and regret that this wasn't communicated effectively. We'll make sure to provide clear information to our future guests about where these extra supplies are stored. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We're taking immediate steps to enhance our property and ensure an exceptional experience for all our guests.
