Featuring authentic Southeast Asian design and furnishings fused with nautical Caribbean art, the penthouse has 2 large MBR suites on opposite ends of the building with spacious bathrooms and walk in closets. Each has a large deck with either views of St. Martin or the Bay. The open layout kitchen living and dining room area feature custom built cabinetry and 8 ft. tall mahogany interior doors.

Our services are without compare. Our guests rave about our complimentary welcome package of food and beverages to start you off on your vacation. They also love our central location, you are never more than a few miles from the best beaches, restaurants and water sports Anguilla has to offer. We do not charge extra for cleaning services or use of air conditioning and all government taxes and charges are included in our rates. Perfect escape

We arrived by taxi from Blowing Point ferry and were greeted by a family member who showed us the apartment and explained all the features. She had stocked the house with a couple of days worth of food and a nice French rose. It was so welcoming, given that we were required to quarantine for 24 hours while waiting for our Covid test results we received when we arrived at the ferry dock. The place is spacious, great AC, and an excellent terrace where you can watch the business and activities of Sandy Ground 300’ below. Bring binoculars. Pool was great, gated grounds was good but we felt very safe there anyway. Full supplied kitchen, bathrooms, games. Wonderful owners. Negatives: if you’re fussy sleepers bring your own pillow. Friday night = loud music. But we will return next year, if possible!

Flat overviewing Sandy Ground

This is a big appartement, so there is plenty of space but I would not qualify it as a luxury appartement. It is rather worn out a bit. We did not have hot water the day we moved in (after beeing on a sail boat for for 15 days, we we all looking forward to a long hot shower but that did not happen!). We cooked in the appartement the first night and realized the kitchen is not very well appointed. The location is OK if you have a car (which we did) and the views were OK but obscured with all the electric lines on the Sandy Ground side, plus you get the lights of the port shining on you at night. Access to the pool is through the owners gates so we did not end up using the pool and it is considerably smaller thatn what it appears on the pictures. Overall disapointed but our stay was OK.

Great 2 Weeks in South Hills!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, as did our friends who joined us for about half of our stay! Thanks to our hosts, especially Janice for her warm hospitality — from the complimentary groceries, snacks, and drinks that got us off to a good start to her restaurant and beach recommendations. Although Anguilla is small, the villa is centrally-located, making it easy to get everywhere. This was our first time on the island, our first time in a villa, which we definitely preferred — it’s so convenient to start the day with a casual breakfast from your own well-equipped kitchen and to get back from the beach to have a snack before going out to dinner.

Beautiful Anguilla

We had a great in Anguilla and enjoyed being hosted by The Loudens. The penthouse apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation including a fully stocked refrigerator. The Loudens were gracious, helpful, and engaging - we enjoyed hearing about their travels, love story, and getting to know them. We'll definitely return to Anguilla for its beautiful beaches, friendly people, and great food. We truly enjoyed spending time talking late into the night on the balcony while looking out at the great view.

Beautiful spacious villa with amazing views

The villa is on back street a central and convenient location overlooking the lively Sandy Ground where many of the beach front restaurants and bars are located. It’s a max 20 minute drive to either end of the island so you can easily enjoy and explore the whole island from here. There are also two walking paths near by that you can take down to the town and beach which was a big plus for me. The lovely hosts live on the property so if you have any questions or requests they are there to help.

This location is truly one of the most beautiful spots in the Caribbean. We have 360 views of the ocean, sandy ground village and the salt pond at the front and St. Martin and other neighboring islands at the back.
