Entirely and beautifully renovated from top to bottom, this three-story townhome brings gorgeous light and space to any Vail getaway. Here on the banks of Gore Creek, you'll be a matter of steps from clear rushing waters and a stop for the bus that connects to Vail Village.

This home is located in West Vail - less than a mile from the Cascade Village Lift, two miles from Lionshead Village, and just over two miles from the heart of Vail Village. It's both a convenient and scenic spot, where you can take morning walks on the Gore Valley Trail, hop on the bus for a day of world-class skiing, or wander across the lawn to sit and listen to the sounds of the creek.

Park with ease in the one-car garage and step inside to admire mountain views on all three floors. On summer days, make use of decks on both sides of the main living space to barbecue on the gas grill, breathe in the fresh alpine air, and gaze at spectacular sunsets.

The recent renovations have made the house vacation-ready, from the sleek, updated kitchen to the artisan-crafted bathroom vanities, hardwood floors, and thoughtful finishes throughout. The living spaces are open and contemporary, including a chic dining room and a living room with a smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite on the top floor where you can sleep beneath vaulted ceilings. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Christmas Holiday Stay
Property was beautiful and obviously recently renovated. Extremely clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location was excellent with the bus stop simply around the corner. We had a family of 7 there for Christmas and things couldn’t have been better! Only slight issue is we asked if the grill was gas and it was not; however we were able to work around it. All in all a very enjoyable stay- thank you!
