3rd Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds
4th Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds (trundle bed)

Guest will have full access to entire home.
Other things to note
- Air Mattresses available (queen)
- Living room fireplace is for cosmetic purpose only.
- Pool is not heated.
- We recently replaced the living room couches to a larger gray style not seen in photos. Just an FYI until we get updated professional photos.

- No pets allowed.
-Same day booking shall not be honored after 3pm Mountain Standard time.
