This property is very well maintained, close to activities downtown, shopping, festivals, theater and restaurants yet just far enough to be extremely quiet and peaceful. The property owner is very nice, she provides all the necessary amenities for a great stay, accommodating and responsive.
Cozy atmosphere and great location. Everything matched the descriptions provided; I knew exactly what to expect. I loved having the small kitchen area to heat up water for tea in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.
Great space that meets your needs while hiking Baxter. Check in was easy and very quiet space. The only negative is that it lists that there is air conditioning but it’s just a fan. We stayed in mid-September so did not have an issue after opening the windows at night, but midsummer would be warm.
Very cozy little getaway for our hiking trip. The space was immaculate, warm, and very much felt like home. Owner was extremely friendly with great communication. We will happily stay again!
Just as described. Clean and cozy! Wed stay again in a heartbeat, and Elizabeth was very wonderful with her communications

Our stay here was great! My partner and I stayed with our dog. Elizabeth was super friendly and kindly brought us some brownies and ice cream our first night. This spot was great to get to some of the local food places or cook there. It was also convenient to get to Baxter State Park.
My wife and I stayed for two nights while spending Thanksgiving with family in Millinocket. Elizabeth was great! She communicated throughout the process and stay, letting us know as we were driving up that they had 6 inches of snow and to be careful. There were cookies waiting for us in clean, warm, comfortable accommodations. The location was within close distance to everything we needed to get to. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend others.
This place was exactly what we needed: a quiet getaway! We were grateful it was on the ground floor. We also appreciated the many thoughtful touches. On a very hot day it was nice to open the door to such a cool welcoming space. With ice cream in the freezer, coffee and Hershey’s kisses! We had a wonderful visit. Thank you!
Great place if you need rest! Loudest noise I heard during the night was a plow truck. Within walking distance to food stores. Full kitchen made life easy; since I travel with a puppy. There is also nice little yard for puppy use right in back. Local dog park within walking distance as well. You can see Mt. Katahdin from right in front of property. Would stay here again for sure. Elizabeth pays attention to the little details for your comfort.
I highly suggest this room. It has beautiful taste. Just bring yourselves and food if you wish. Everything is there for you. Your own kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom and all it's utensils. Anytime im back in the area thats where ill be, and the owner is absolutely pleasant to talk to.
A great stay in Millinocket! The place was very nice and very well stocked with everything you could need and several little extras that made it feel like home.
This was the perfect place to stay! The hotels nearby are overpriced and dumpy. I was able to pick up some meals at Hannaford and eat in the fully equipped kitchen. The owner checked in on me as there was an unusual heat wave and she offered to put in the air conditioner. Within walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again.
This very clean and comfortable apartment is perfectly located as a home base for visiting Baxter State Park. The host takes pride in offering this lovely space and their thoughtfulness and consideration for visitors clearly shows. In a word - wonderful!
The apartment was very clean and very comfortable! Check in was easy and the parking was convenient. The kitchen has everything you need in case you want to cook rather than go out (Hannaford’s just down the street). WiFi was fast and reliable. The host was kind and delightful! We enjoyed staying here so much!!
Check in was easy, the apartment was lovely, clean and well decorated. We so appreciated the helpful brochures and coffee! It was a wonderful place to come back to after a hard day hiking and exploring.
Check in is a breeze, the property has every amenity you can need, it’s home away from home! It’s clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of downtown parks and events. The host is extremely friendly and responsive if you have questions. This time I was in hiding to do some serious IT and marketing work for my business. It was exactly what I needed to accomplish my goal. Quiet and comfy to get my work done. I highly recommend this property and have already booked another stay
Stayed here a couple times now. Always clean and tidy. Very convenient when hiking mt. Katahdin! An awesome experience every time. So nice to have your own little kitchen to cook your own food, have a shower and a good nights rest after a long day. Elizabeth is a delight, very kind and friendly
