About this property

Enjoy our bright, cheerful, and centrally located twin cities home. Only 10-15 minutes to the airport, 5-10 minutes to downtown Saint Paul, and 15-20 minutes to downtown Minneapolis. Love plants? Then this is the place for you! The main floor of the 3-story townhouse is packed with plants.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, a nice outdoor patio and a bright sunroom, all in a great neighborhood! The house is only 3 blocks from the beautiful Summit Ave lined with picturesque mansions. Walk one more block and you’re on Grand Ave, which is lined with coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques.

In the summer the house has a full AC system, that works well and a nice small back patio to enjoy! In the winter, the house has forced air heating that gets the house very warm and a garage for one car, so that you don't have to take care of ice or snow.

We're in a very walkable, old and beautiful neighborhood surrounded by historic Saint Paul landmarks, boutique shops and delicious restaurants.
