Lovely spacious family home with a gas fire place for winter guests, and central air conditioning for summer guests, a large fully equipped kitchen/family room with TV, seating at center island, full dining room, living room, 2 full bathroom, one on the main floor. This home can sleep 4, one master bedroom on the 2nd floor with a king size bed, one bedroom with 2 twin beds, and one bedroom with a twin bed. There is one bathroom on 2nd floor, and one full bathroom and bedroom on the main floor (off the bathroom) with a double futon. In the summer, there is a beautiful sunken garden and patio for barbecues and eating out.

The property is walking distance to Lake Harriet, award winning bakeries (Patisserie 46) and restaurants (Prima, Cafe Ena, George and the Dragon, Wise Acres), grocery stores (Kowalskis and Cub), a library, bike trails, ski trails, public transportation. Minneapolis just won the city with the best park system in the country: The house is 5 minutes off 35W and a 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown., 10 minutes to the MSP airport, 10 minutes to the University of Minnesota and 10 minutes to the U.S. Bank Stadium and Target Field.

This property was perfect for us. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and was just about a half hour drive from every thing we wanted to see and do. Perfectly central just about. The owner was very nice and helpful. The house was quiet, clean and adorable.

Felt like home.

We had a wonderful visit In Minneapolis and this home made it possible. The house was clean, comfortable, and centrally located to Downtown and the South and West suburbs. I can't imagine having a better base of operations during our stay.
