About this property

We hope our newly renovated home will be the perfect place to stay while on your trip. The hand-painted boarder exterior, full kitchen, covered carport, in unit washer/dryer, Karaoke, and themed music interior are all part of our goal of creating a space to prime your trip to be the best it can be. We sometimes call it the "Tampa Tour House" because it's the perfect place to stay if you're catching a show or event; The Hard Rock Casino, Florida Expo + Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater are all within a 5 minute car ride or a short walk. A memorial park with vintage combat helicopters and a canal walkway is also within walking distance. There is a WaWa, Winghouse, and Wendy's within walking distance as well. In the same distance, there's also Eureka Springs State Park! If you don't mind hopping in your car for a little longer, you can reach Downtown Tampa in 15 minutes. Saint Petersburg Beaches are just over the bridge and can usually be reached in a little over an hour. Dog friendly with a fee but service animals are always welcome! Short but great stay

Absolutely loved this house. We only booked one night and are looking forward to coming back in the future for longer stays. The host was accommodating and amazing. And the house was clean, had plenty of games for kids and adults along with a karaoke microphone we wish we had time to use. It was super close to the amphitheater which was amazingly convenient.

Great stay.

My husband, some friends, and I stayed here for a concert at the mid Florida credit Union amphitheater. It could not have been more perfect. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. It was private and the locality to the event was perfect. Took three minutes to get to the side gate. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay when going to the Ampitheatre.

We stayed one night to go to a concert. Very clean place and great location. We took an Uber to the concert which was max a couple of minutes drive. Real quiet neighborhood also.

Wonderful Hideaway in Tampa

Nestled in a typical Florida suburb, this amazing house provided everything we needed for our trip! The house is clean, efficient, spacious, and lovely! It was the perfect spot to prepare for our conference and relax afterward. I will definitely recommend this place and I hope to use it again the next time I’m in town!

Florida vacation

We stayed here for the Fourth of July to visit with family in the area, we were only minutes away from them and downtown Tampa. Was a great stay and we would stay here again in the future. Communication with the host was great and any issues we had were resolved quickly!

Lovely Home

The home is really nice and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped there wasn’t anything I needed and didn’t have. The games that were there to play and karaoke microphone were a nice touch. The way the home is decorated is nice. It’s a nice home and what is shown in the photos are accurate.

Property isn’t in greatest area. Was close to fairgrounds and stores which was a plus but ceiling fans all made screeching noise’s, oven did not work and back door deadbolt barely locks. Went into property through front door and back door was unlocked so we had to look around to make sure no one was in building

Perfect stay for a show at the amphitheater. The place was very clean with good quality bedding, which is important to me. Had kitchen basics and small touches through to make your stay comfortable :)

Amazing Property

Will stay here again! We came to Tampa for a concert and was right across from the amphitheater. Close to the Hard Rock hotel and really everything we wanted to do. I was a little worried when I read the reviews others had posted about the neighborhood. When we got there though we realized it’s like any other one around. It was very quiet the 3 days we were there. Can’t wait to book our next stay!

Excellent place and awesome location

Place was clean and organized. Plenty of parking for three vehicles. Yard and outside of house was was clearly well maintained. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely look into renting again if i am staying in the area.

Rental House

We had a great time. The home was beautiful and had ful amenities. It was wonderful just socializing with our friends instead of being in separate motel rooms. Thank you for sharing you home with us. We will definitely book again the next time we go to Tampa (if available).

Our stay at Rockin' home near Hard Rock, Fairgrounds was wonderful. The house was super clean. We were in Florida for gymnastics event at the Fairgrounds so the location was perfect. The place was cute, the beds were comfortable and I had good night’s sleep.

Clean safe great location

Perfect property for the horse show. We were at at the fairgrounds. Literally less than five minutes to get to the show or come back to rest or grab food. Maria was wonderful to work with easy communication. The home is exactly as it’s described. very clean and nice amenities. The neighborhood is a little rough. However, all families and we did feel safe. Would say Maria‘s house is probably the nicest home on the block.
