This is a wonderful apartment, perfect for a short-term stay.

Nice getaway

Very spacious and cozy, plenty of space to feel at home. We needed a place close to maple hill disc golf course and this was the closest we could get, was perfectly located to travel to Boston and providence for day trips and the town of Worcester was cool too. This rental was only 2-10 minute drive to everything we wanted to do in the city. Overall a nice getaway for us!

Apartment in Worcester

Apartment was nice, clean, and check in/out were super easy. Basic apartment setup, basic kitchen supplies, plenty of towels provided. Host was super responsive, let us have the apartment early for no charge. Parking is on the street—we didn’t know (it wasn’t specified), and got a note on the car and double parked as a result. Just park right out front. I would rent from this host again.

Unacceptable

This property should not be listed with VRBO. It is unacceptable. The neighborhood is unsafe. The keycode given was incorrect and we couldn't get in. After calling the owner for the correct code, the unit was wreaking with the smell of marijuana. It seemed to be coming from the downstairs tenants. We could not stay there. We turned around and text the owner that the unit was vacant. I needed a place to stay a few days to attend my fathers funeral. This is not the place. I'm sorry. Totally unacceptable property.

Thank you for your review. It’s unfortunate you had a unpleasant stay. We do provide the code to enter the VRBO listing once the booking has been completed by the guest. You were provided the check in instructions and code via VRBO too. I’m unsure if you did not read the check in instructions or what was the issue however as soon you came to the property you had called me and I was able to provide you the code over the phone. We did inquire about the marijuana smell from other tenants that you had complained about but we’re told there was no such smell in the area. I’m sorry for your loss and wish you best. We have been hosting this apartment on multiple short term rental websites and the guests have given great reviews. We haven’t had a single issue over so many years that we have been hosting. The neighborhood is very safe with mostly families living in the area.
