The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. And the location is so convenient to the airport, Keeneland, UK, shopping and dining. And the host is great! We visit Lexington a couple times a year and this is one we’ll definitely want to stay in again.

UK Family Celebration

NCAA Tournament

My best friend and I enjoyed our stay for the NCAA Men's basketball tournament. GREAT location, very safe, very quite and close to tons of places to eat and shop. Would definitely recommend this for your stay in the Lexington, KY area.

Quiet, comfy, and convenient!

Great little duplex that is convenient to all the things Lexington has to offer. Easy drives to Keeneland, University of Kentucky, and City Center just to name a few. The duplex is located in a safe neighborhood and close to all types of restaurants and shopping.

Great Stay in Lexington area

We had a great stay here in Lexington. Close to many attractions/distilleries and a nice quiet neighborhood. Clean property with comfortable beds and nice kitchen supplies. Only complaint is the house could be a tad cleaner. There was some dusty areas and some crumbs in the great room. This would not keep me from staying here, just need a little extra attention to details by the cleaning crew.

Mirror in all rooms would be nice. Did not have facial tissues in bathroom. Make note of lack of televisions in each room, this did not both the people in our group, but noticed and it different from other places we have stayed in the past.
