This place was perfect for our stay. The condo was probably in the most ideal location in the town of Mammoth Lakes. Once we arrived, we never needed to use our car. The place was also easily capable of handling our large group. We will likely be back in the future.

Carnie was super responsive before and during our stay, top notch. The location can't be beat and the layout is awesome with full bathrooms on the 3 floors. The common area is in the middle which helps disperse the group out. Overall a great stay, would come back again.

Host was very responsive and helpful when there was a minor plumbing issue. The location of the property is incredible with access to the village and gondola straight to the base of the mountain. Bunk beds were squeaky but no other issues. Clean and fully stocked kitchen! We were even able to secure a few extra parking spaces, which isn’t guaranteed but property manager was very helpful in securing these.

We're outdoor enthusiasts based in San Diego, and we've owned at the Village for over twenty years. We bought here because the location is unbeatable — you can park the car underground, walk out to the gondola, and not get back in your car until you head home. We've remodeled the condo multiple times and we keep the condo stocked with the things our own family uses every trip.

Why they chose this property

Why? Unbeatable location, great for large groups and families. Well cared for and lots of space with a dedicated TV Lounge for the kids to hang out in the loft. Walk to the gondola, don't deal with buses or parking and close (2 minute walk) to bars and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We love the fact that our condo is literally less than a 1 minute walk to the village gondola. Once our cars are parked in the underground heated parking garage, there is no need to take them out again for the rest of the trip. You can walk to the gondola, and walk to the different restaurants and shops in the village. We also love how big our condo is, 3 bedrooms and an enclosed loft with 4 bathrooms spread out over 3 levels makes it very comfortable for a big group of friends or families to gather but also to have and enjoy our privacy. We just upgraded our condo again with new furniture and 3 brand new flat screen TVs, new deck furniture. And, after a full day on the mountain, and perhaps some sledding just across from our condo on the hillside below the Westin, the heated pool and Jacuzzi are just what is needed.
