About the Condominium... La Mirage is an attractive mid rise 4-story condominium complex positioned on a corner lot centrally located on Ocean Boulevard directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. Newly renovated in 2009 with many updated features including new hardy plank siding, wifi wireless Internet access throughout, and state of the art camera surveillance system (just to name a few). Plenty of on-site parking available (parking pass provided) without the hassle of a crowded parking garage. Public transportation is also available with shuttle transit stops directly in front of the building. Heated indoor swimming pool is only steps away from the unit and situated inside a beautiful enclosed atrium that provides for an outside atmosphere while offering protection from nature's elements. Being a family-oriented location, the pool closes at 10:00 PM so you will not be disturbed by late night noise from other guests.

About the unit... Our ground level location provides easy access to the condo with no waiting for busy elevators, and the convenience to walk right directly into the unit without hauling heavy luggage and/or golf clubs up and down a flight of stairs.

This spacious 750 square feet floor plan has a master bedroom with queen-size bed, closet, ceiling fan and flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Two hallways include one full bath with shower/tub combo and one half bath with washer/dryer in the next room that includes iron and ironing board. The second bedroom has full-sized bunk bed (which can sleep three adults), ceiling fan and flat screen TV with cable and DVD player.

The living room has a comfy love seat and large sofa with pull out sleeper, flat screen TV with cable, DVD and video player. We have also provided magazines, movies, and games for additional entertainment. There is a dining area to the side with a 4-seat table and breakfast bar which separates den from full-size kitchen with all major appliances including range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave unit. The kitchen also comes equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, silverware & small appliances (i.e., blender, toaster, coffee pot).
