The loft also has a dedicated workspace, exercise bike, and bathroom complete with claw foot tub.

Stayed a week with my bonus daughter for a girls getaway. The property was super easy to get to and had parking for our vehicle, which is always a bonus in St Augustine. The house is well maintained with a beautiful kitchen and two nice downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs loft bedroom. One downstairs bathroom has a shower tub and the other two have just clawfoot tubs. This was not a problem for us but just be aware, the clawfoot tubs are not as easy to get in and out of as a regular tub. The highlight was a beautiful screened in porch, where we enjoyed morning breakfasts and just sitting and enjoying the weather. If you’re up for a walk, it’s not terribly far to the historic district and only a couple of blocks from two Old Town Trolley stops. Can’t say enough about the quick communication from Lauren, she was super quick to respond to inquiries. We LOVED IT!

The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we need. The location was perfect and walkable to downtown. The host is very attentive. We would recommend this home for couples and families.

Convenient and Comfy 😊

Great location with off-street parking just a short walk from historic downtown. Autumn Grove was very clean, with comfortable living area. Home is nicely decorated and well-equipped (kitchen had everything). Love the quiet screened porch and very comfortable king bed. Teenage grands enjoyed privacy of second floor loft. Great place to land after our busy days.
