Super clean home, with modern updates to this 112 year old charming house that still has tons of its original character.

You have the entire home to yourself. Make the most of the super fast Wi-Fi, lamps and phone chargers next to every bed. Clean, high quality linens and towels. 50 inch flatscreen TV, and a large collection of board games for adults and kids.

Large dining table to accommodate all the family and a full kitchen at your disposal. We have booster chairs and high chairs for kids.. There is also a washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use.

Guest access
Whole home. Please don’t go into the unfinished basement unless there is an emergency. If you do go into the basement watch your head, there is a low staircase.
Other things to note
There is off street private parking for 2 vehicles behind the house. Access is by the small alleyway in between Holly Street and Jarboe Street.

Please no glitter in the house, it is impossible to clean up and there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee added.

Close to neighborhood vibe

Family in from all over to share in celebration of graduation from KCMU… was perfect. Was clean. Everything necessary for a family gathering was there… games..plenty of space. Toiletries.. towels were thick.. bedding was comfortable.. even the bunk beds! Kitchen had all amenities. Felt like home❤️.. everything was thought through even the electronics! Google speakers for music was a great! Will definitely stay here again.. Thank you for thinking of everything!! Even with house full of family.. the house was quiet..cannot be more pleased.
