Our 3 bedroom mountain home with high ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace to warm up after hitting the slopes or relax after a long hike. Our home is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, hikes, and mountain slopes in North Carolina. Located less than 3 miles and 10 minutes to Beech Mountain Ski Resort! An ideal base to explore the beautiful outdoors year round.

Christmas ski trip to Beech Mountain

We enjoyed our stay. The property is perfect for a small family. Very convenient to beach Mountain resort. You will need to bring your own towels as there was only a few towels. And no bath mats.

Winter getaway

6 of us stayed at the chalet and we had enough room for everyone. Chalet was cozy and very warm. Just a short drive to the slopes, restaurants, sledding hill and rentals. Chris was easy to communicate. Great experience overall.

A few hiccups, but worth the stay!

We had a few hiccups in terms of cleanliness/preparedness of property when we arrived, but Chris was very apologetic/accommodating of these concerns when I brought them to his attention, and ensured us he would take prompt action to address these concerns with his cleaner going forward so they don’t happen again. Overall, the place is in a great location, affordable, and charming. Chris was a great host that took our feedback gracefully and ensured we were taken care of in spite of the issues we encountered.
