Nestled along the Prestine shores of the Gulf Of Mexico, This centrally located condo in Maderia beach Yacht club offers a beautifully renovated 2 bed/2 bath unit. The main level has a fully equipped kithen w/ brand new appliances and so much more, a tastefully decorated dining room and living room. Condo offers a full size washer and dryer on the second floor. The condo offers 2 heated pools, a well equipped fitness center,sauna, billardsroom,shuffleboard and 3 fishing piers. You are a 7-10 min walk to the Maderia's best beach,along with local restaurants/bars, shopping. Shopping community John's Pass.

* This unit has stairs to get to. It is NOT on the ground floor. It also has stairs in the unit


*There is security cameras on the property, one being located, when you first walk up the stairs, outside, and one in the patio area, where all of the beach and fishing poles are located.

Currently the fitness center is not open due to the Hurricanes.

* All rentals have a 7 night minimum stay. There is a condo association application that must be filled out 15 days prior to your arrival so that parking passes and other access cards can be ready for your arrival.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Close to beach, the hippie bar, Pickleball court and so much more. The pool was a great way to relax and the property was beautiful and well appointed.
