House great / description misleading

House was beautiful!!!! Pictures accurate EXCEPT for the picture of the dock … in the picture it’s shown as a dock in the water to use . There is no dock !!!! There was one thrown in the bushes by the bridge We had to drag our kayaks across the community to the shared boat slip . Had we known we would have not rented kayaks or house … false advertising!!!..the garbage was left by previous renters. So much that we couldn’t use the cans . The coffee pot was filthy and had hair in it . The last morning a roach climbed out of bathroom drain . House was lovely ….Property management company not so much
