This beautiful 2 Bedroom apartment is newly renovated with high end finishes and fixtures.
The open planned living area is bright and spacious, and includes a dining area and fully appointed modern kitchen.
There are two good sized bedrooms, the main with a king sized bed, and the secondary bedroom accommodating a full sized bunk bed, and study area.
This spacious 900sf apartment has all the amenities you will need including a laundry.

The apartment is ideally located in Old town Basalt that is a quiet residential neighborhood,
and is part of a historic 1896 church that has been tastefully renovated in two luxury apartments.
Main St Basalt, along with all the great restaurant’s, is a two minute walk away and accessed via a small, quaint walkway just up the street.

THINGS TO NOTE:
WIFI and Netflix are included.
The study area includes access and desk, a small colour printer and paper.
Pets, vaping and smoking are not allowed within the Unit.
There are no facilities for electric charging of vehicles.
On street Parking is available directly in front of the unit.
Access is via a Key lock safe.

Perfect Weekend Rental

Perfect spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Scott's converted church condo. Everything was so comfortable and clean, and the location was ideal. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family looking to visit the area. It's hard to find such a nice spot at an affordable price - thanks!

Interesting environment, great host

We loved this interesting remodeled church property and the delightful town of Basalt. The apartment in this historic structure is modern and well-equipped, and the location is walking distance to coffee places and a few great restaurants while serving as an excellent base to tour the whole valley by car.

Great place to say. Very convenient to get to the main street with eateries and events. Only had to get some assistance with a smoke detector battery and response was immediate. Could have used a couple more things in the kitchen but it was a minor inconvenience. Overall it was really nice. Thanks Scott

Great stay

Our host Scott, was great. He had great communication w me throughout the entire process. My family and i rented Scotts vrbo for a ski trip. Only a 30 min drive to Aspen. The condo was recently remodeled and spotless. Strongly recommend. Basalt was a great little town with nice little shops and good eats. We loved the tipsy trout restaurant.

Unique base for exploring the valley

Scott is a great host, and this is just what we were looking for: not stuffed in a large condo complex but a comfortable, stylish unit in, yes, the ground floor of a former church. Park right outside the door, and there's even a short pedestrian path to Basalt's main street. Aspen is not too close and not too far, the Frying Pan is very close, and all of the valley's attractions are easily accessible. Just-completed unit is clean and efficient. Six stars!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shops and along the river. It was a 20 minute drive to ski at Snowmass. The kitchen is well stocked for simple cooking. I like that the owner provided laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, aluminum foil and even tea. The owner communicated well and check in was easy.
