Muro Alto Condominio Casa 21

The Front Beach House is very old, no updates was done since build. Everything is broken, TV is not working , very old furniture, better not look in the kitchen very deep….We was expecting much more for this high price rental. The pictures on this side are not matching the real ist situation. The Staff was friendly, but she told every day , she hates cooking, and cleaning was not at good at all…..I will post later real photos from the inside of the house, more to come……

Ótima localização / Linda praia

Fui de férias com minha família para o bangalô e ficamos por 8 dias. Praia incrível, especialmente para quem tem criança. Toda casa tem vista para o mar e fica a poucos passos da praia. Adoramos a hospitalidade do Hélio e sua funcionária dona Ana que nos dias em que esteve conosco preparou pratos deliciosos e foi sempre muito solícita. Com certeza voltaremos para praia de Muto Alto em outras oportunidades.

A estada foi ótima. A funcionária Ana uma simpatia e prestativa. O proprietário super atencioso e sempre me atendendo e buscando ajudar. Única ressalva é quanto ao tamanho da cozinha e sala, que como estávamos em um grupo de 9 pessoas, ficou muito apertado. Porém, não fomos enganados quanto a isso, inclusive o proprietário nos ofereceu de trocar de casa, mas nós que acabamos não aceitando por receio. Não temos reclamação quanto a nada.

Casa muito agradável e compacta, porém tudo que precisávamos tinha menos uma máquina de lavar. Estávamos com 3 criancas e a máquina fez falta. Local excelente para aproveitar a praia e a casa realmente fica realmente muito próximo da areia da praia. A dona Ana funcionaria foi dez, muito prestativa e atenciosa com todos! Quero voltar!

Não aconselho!

Aluguei este imóvel para passar meu aniversário em família e foi uma decepção. Primeiro porque a casa alugada não é a da foto, é uma que fica ao lado desta que é exposta aqui no site. Esta da foto é do mesmo proprietário, mas não está para aluguel. A casa que aluguel tinha a varanda fechada por portas de vidro, não tem as mesas expostas na frente da casa e está longe do zelo e cuidado que mostram essas fotos. A casa que o proprietário aluga não tem a manutenção devida, tendo causado a mim e a minha família uma série de transtornos: ar condicionado em um dos quartos que não gelava, só ventava; cafeteira quebrada (e não foi avisado); porta do armário superior da cozinha quebradas e uma delas acabou caindo quando a funcionária abriu; torneira da pia da suíte superior quebrada; box do quarto inferior descolado; televisão do quarto superior não pegava; televisão da sala só pegava três canais; cortinas extremamente mofadas e estofados sujos; a luz é paga por fora e foi medida sem antes de chegarmos; portas de vidro da varanda que dava para a piscina não abriam e estavam descoladas, uma delas, inclusive, caiu inclusive em cima da minha irmã, que por pouco não foi vítima de acidente grave. Tudo foi relatado ao proprietário, que não teve a menor atenção em nos procurar e fazer da nossa estadia uma boa lembrança. Exponho o acontecido aqui para que outras pessoas não sejam pegas de surpresa como eu.
